Directions: From South Lewis Blvd, travel to Glenn Avenue (just north of the Sgt. Floyd Monument). Turn East onto Glenn Blvd, then take the first right turn into the Hillcrest shopping center parking lot. Siouxland Treatment Center is in the first building on the west end.

Our mission is to provide top quality outpatient treatment of opioid addiction. Siouxland Treatment Center works to be the premier provider of such services in its geographic area through consistent application of our policies and procedures, respect for and courtesy toward all patients and staff members, and commitment to achieving positive outcomes for all patients. Staff members utilize their individual training and skills in a collaborative manner with others to deliver excellent care for patients in an efficient and caring manner. Each treatment center staff member is committed to on-going improvements in the quality of services provided and outcomes achieved.

Siouxland Treatment Center is licensed by the Iowa Department of Public Health as a substance abuse treatment facility, certified by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) / Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT), and accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) as an opioid treatment program.  We also hold an active DEA registration and Iowa Board of Pharmacy certificate of registration.

We coordinate services with several mental health and substance abuse treatment providers within Siouxland and the surrounding communities. It is through cooperative community support services that we are able to provide the most appropriate levels of care and facilitate an individual’s personal recovery goal. Our patients come from many backgrounds, and most are gainfully employed.

When you come to Siouxland Treatment Center, you can expect the highest level of care and respect. We realize that you are seeking our assistance in recovering from opioid dependency, and we tailor a treatment program to both meet your goals, and comply with all applicable state and federal regulations. You will start treatment by coming to the Center every day for medication, except Sunday when you will receive a take home medication dose.

As you progress in treatment, you will receive additional take home medications and be required to come to the Center on a less frequent basis. You must participate in regularly scheduled counseling sessions and participate in random urine drug screening as required by federal regulations. Treatment services are outlined in an individualized treatment plan, and updated every 90 days. You are an active participant in the development of your treatment plan.
