Program Directors are responsible for all aspects of daily facility operations and reporting. In this position you supervise all subordinate staff, oversee pharmacy operations and ensure that compliance is being maintained in all applicable state and federal regulations. This position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree, previous business management experience/aptitude and state licensure/certification in substance abuse counseling. Computer experience is very helpful.
Medical Directorsare responsible for all medical aspects of the program. In this position you perform admission examinations, review patient laboratory reports for referral and follow up, determine appropriateness of patient dosage levels and consult with staff concerning patient treatment concerns. Internal medicine specialists are preferred, but any discipline is qualified with some addiction knowledge. This position requires current state licensure, DEA registration.
Counselors must be certified or on a path to substance abuse certification. In this position you are responsible for screening patients for program eligibility, conducting initial assessment, development of treatment plans, counseling patients, collecting urine specimens and all other activities as it relates to patient care.
Nurses must be currently licensed as an LPN and/or RN. In this position you will perform daily dosing activities, urine and blood specimen collection and documentation, patient progress noting, cash and medication accountability. Above-average computer experience is required.
Pharmacists (Nebraska and Arkansas only) must be qualified to be a Pharmacist-In-Charge. In this position you must accept the responsibility for the administration of take-home medications, assignment of prescription numbers, perform regular inventories that meet DEA record keeping standards and consult with management on all state and federal regulatory compliance matters. The Pharmacist will be on call for emergency situations. Above average computer experience is required.
Bloomington - Normal Treatment Center: Part time LPN. 14.5 hours per week. Work on Monday and Thursday morning between the hours of 6 - 11 and Saturday 6:30 - 11. This position also provides back up hours for the FT nurse, as needed
